Q&A: Cost - How much?
Saturday during the gathering there is no charge for admission. Their will be however charges associated with the investigations. The fees for the investigations goes directly towards preservation - Anna Dean Farms goes towards that venue and the Hungarian club fee cost will go into the main donation to a venue.
There will be a raffle. I ask that teams/individuals make a donation of an item that can be raffled off and the monies from the tickets will help offset the cost of the venue and any remaining will be set to a decided location to help with preservation costs in Ohio as a donation. This is not a for-profit event it is for the benefit of the community and any additional funds after paying for the venue will go towards preservation to help keep places around for generations to come.

Q&A: Teams
Teams are welcome to bring evidence, equipment and stories - as that is the point of the event to share with one another! If you need a table, let me know.
I also ask if teams could donate an item for raffle as we will have a raffle to help offset the cost of the venue. Any monies that come in above and beyond the cost of the venue will be donated to a local haunted location to help with preservation costs. This will be voted on at the meeting.
This is not a "convention" it is a nice gathering for us to get together and share stories, watch movies (working on a projector), listen to teams talk about their experiences and help one another out.

Q&A: Children at the event.
We ask that parents/adults refrain from bring children to the event as paranormal research is an adult topic. Please contact Nora if you have questions regarding this - the contract with the venue also requests adults only due to the topic.
